These characters are inspired by the winning entries from the "Create your Future You" competition. They were selected from amazing entries from kids around Australia who imagined their future selves using science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) to change the world!
STEM stands for science, technology, engineering and mathematics. STEM is about being curious and creative to solve problems and discover new things. It is also about using your imagination to design solutions or to build things. STEM is a big part of many new and exciting jobs of the future.

Science is using observations and experiments to discover new things about our world.
Technology
Technology is using scientific knowledge to create and apply tools to solve problems.
Engineering
Engineering is using science and mathematics to design and build systems and structures.
Mathematics
Mathematics is using numbers, shapes and space to creatively solve complex problems.
